Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide such notice will result in a $40 fee. MISSED APPOINTMENTS: If an appointment is not cancelled or if there is a no-show, a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. LATE ARRIVALS: Please be aware that arriving 15 minutes late may necessitate rescheduling your appointment if it cannot be completed within the remaining time. Efforts will be made to reschedule promptly. If you do not contact me within 15 minutes of your appointment time, it will be considered a no-show and treated as a missed appointment. BOOKING APPOINTMENTS: Booking any service requires a deposit of 50%, which will be subtracted from the total cost of your appointment. Payment is accepted.
